Although our offices are based in Nicosia, our network of customers and device users are situated around Cyprus. Multiple visits from company technicians are scheduled every week to all local cities and no customer who placed a service claim has to anticipate our visit for more than 48 hours.

If in Nicosia, the faulty device is serviced and returned to the user within 24 hours.

The main questions you need to communicate with a company representative, in order to select the most suitable device for your workgroup are:

  • How many users will be connected to the device?
  • How many printed pages does your workgroup usually make a month/week/day?
  • How important is colour printing for your workgroup?

Our sales personnel have the experience to guide you through all the details to find the best solution for you and your workgroup.

There are a variety of scanners with ADF (Automatic Document Feeder) only, ADF + Flatbed and Flatbed Scanners. There are also smaller portable scanners.

Also, there are personal, workgroup and departmental scanner categories. Each category offers different speeds and maximum daily scan volumes. All scanners are provided with bundled software that differs for each category.

Choose your type according to your needs and make sure you communicate your needs clearly to our representatives.

Once a year, the European Central Bank (ECB) is testing all cash handling devices from all manufacturers. It then publishes a list of the tested and approved devices which you can find in the ECB website. Please also note, than whenever the ECB issues a new banknote, our company will contact you and visit your device in order to apply the necessary update.
