We always employ trained and experienced technicians and engineers for the installation and support of the initiated equipment and we are also in productive cooperation with other respectable companies involved in the Information Technology industry.


Presently we employ technicians who are dedicated to the hardware support of our laser printers. They are factory trained by OKI and Kyocera and work in an environment suitable for office machine engineering. Furthermore, we organize training seminars with a number of technicians from IT departments of assorted major account customers, instructing them to be capable of first-level repairs and therefore save a lot of down-time cost to all parties concerned. This working concept has established the Kirmitsis Company as the nursery for many technicians and engineers who now hold many managerial posts in the office equipment industry in Cyprus.

OKI has received evidence that non-genuine OKI toners have been circulated, distributed and sold within our sales territories. It’s important to be alert to this issue because you as a customer can face serious technical problems from using counterfeit toners. Such damage caused will also not be covered by your warranty maintenance agreement.
