We always employ trained and experienced technicians and engineers for the installation and support of the initiated equipment and we are also in productive cooperation with other respectable companies involved in the Information Technology industry.
Presently we employ technicians who are dedicated to the hardware support of our laser printers. They are factory trained by Kyocera and work in an environment suitable for office machine engineering. Furthermore, we organize training seminars with a number of technicians from IT departments of assorted major account customers, instructing them to be capable of first-level repairs and therefore save a lot of down-time cost to all parties concerned.
